Lion's Share is James Beard semifinalist Robbie Wilson's hearth-cooking restaurant in Sylvan Park, taking over the former McCabe Pub space. Wilson ran Bird Dog in Palo Alto and Le Fantastique in San Francisco before returning to Nashville, where he also helped open the early M Street restaurants. The concept is a 'luxurious tavern' — hearth-cooked food, serious wine, a room designed for a long evening.
